FOR ST.ELMO
Transformation Church is For St. Elmo. We put heart into action by serving our neighbors, meeting practical needs, and building meaningful relationships throughout our community.
Through community events, local partnerships, and everyday acts of compassion, we strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
Our mission is simple: love our neighbors, share hope, and bring the light of Jesus to every corner of St. Elmo.
Blessings in a Backpack
St. Elmo
No child should go hungry over the weekend.
Through Backpack Blessings, we’ll provide kids with regular bags of non-perishable food to take home once per month—because every child deserves to be cared for and nourished.
Eligible students must be enrolled in the St. Elmo School District for the current school year to receive Backpack Blessings.
If you’re interested in receiving a Backpack Blessing, please fill out the form below. We'll reach out with next step details.
