Whether it’s your very first time with us or you’ve been part of Transformation Church since the start, we want you to know there’s a place for you here. Every person’s journey of faith looks a little different, and that’s why we’ve created ministries designed to meet you right where you are in your season of life. From kids and students to families, outreach, and worship, each ministry provides a unique opportunity to grow deeper in your relationship with God and with others. Our hope is that you’ll discover a sense of belonging, find purpose in serving, and build lasting friendships that encourage and strengthen your faith. At Transformation Church, we believe God is doing something incredible in St. Elmo—and through these ministries, we’re honored to be part of His work in transforming lives and our community for His glory.
Kid’s Ministry
Our Kids Ministry exists to plant seeds of faith in young hearts through engaging lessons, joyful worship, and hands-on activities. We believe every child should know they are loved by God and created with purpose. Through safe environments and caring leaders, we help kids build a foundation of faith that will last a lifetime and inspire families across St. Elmo.
Youth Ministry
Our Youth Ministry empowers students to grow in their relationship with Jesus, build authentic friendships, and live out their faith with boldness. We create spaces where teens can ask questions, discover purpose, and develop a faith that’s real and personal. By investing in the next generation, we aim to raise up young leaders who will impact St. Elmo for Christ.
Outreach Ministry
Our Outreach Ministry reflects the heart of Jesus by serving others and meeting practical needs throughout St. Elmo. Whether through community events, partnerships, or acts of compassion, we strive to be the hands and feet of Christ. Our mission is simple—to love our neighbors, share hope, and bring light to every corner of our community.
Music Ministry
Our Worship Ministry leads people into meaningful encounters with God through music, creativity, and heartfelt praise. We believe worship is more than a song—it’s a lifestyle that honors God and unites His people. Every Sunday, we aim to create an atmosphere where heaven meets earth and the presence of God transforms lives across St. Elmo.
Family Ministry
Our Family Ministry exists to strengthen homes by equipping parents and caregivers to lead their families with faith, love, and intentionality. We believe healthy families create a healthy community. Through resources, events, and connection opportunities, we help families grow closer to one another and to God—shaping a legacy of faith that transforms St. Elmo.
